Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Terre & Terroir. We are committed to providing you with quality products and exceptional service. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refund Conditions

  1. Timeframe: Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Item Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached, including packaging. Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged may not be eligible for a full refund.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items cannot be returned for a refund, including:

  • Customized or Personalized Products
  • Customized or Personalized Products
  • Gift Cards

Return Procedure

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@terre-terroir.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Return Shipping Fees: You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified time frame.

Delays or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@terre-terroir.com and send your item to Résidence les Camélias, Building No. 6, Store No. 9, Av. Al Arz, Hay Riad, Rabat.
